Protocol Training in the Netherlands

The first day of Protocol Training started with Gilbert Monod de Froideville, followed by Isabel Amaralfrom Portugal. Her training about international protocol was then followed with a speech coaching by Rebecca van Leeuwenat theProtocolbureau.The first day ended with William Hanson talking about etiquette during a three course etiquette dinner in the Corona Hotel.

The second day of the training started with 'ceremonies' and 'the management of hospitality' by Gilbert Monod. After the lunch a business case was presented by the protocol officer of the International Criminal Court, Bengt-Arne Hulleman. Isabel Amaral continued with 'international protocol' and several case studies and the day ended with another speech coaching by Rebecca van Leeuwen.

The Two Day Protocol Training ended with the award of an official certificate by Gilbert Monod de Froideville, head teacher of the Institute.

The international Two Day Protocol Training is followed by people from allover the world. The training is given by four experts, four times per year, in English and in Dutch. Participants are embassy staff, event planners, diplomats, protocol employees, account managers and communication specialists.

All the trainees of this edition evaluated this training has having exceeded their expectations.
